Each order is very important to us because we know it is important to you as well. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom, handcrafted process of each arrangement, all sales are final.

Cash refunds are not available. However, in approved cases, Mayblowers Boutique may offer store credit for the full amount paid. This store credit has no expiration date and may be used at any time of the year, including holidays.

We work with dedication to provide high-quality floral arrangements and attentive service. Because flowers are a natural product, variations in color, shape, flower selection, and longevity may occur. These variations are part of the natural beauty of floral designs and do not qualify as defects.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation. We will carefully review your case and, at our discretion, offer an appropriate solution, which may include store credit or a replacement.
